T3は、東京を起点とする写真文化の国際発信拠点です。東京を舞台に、アーティストに国際的な作品発表と制作の場を提供する写真祭「T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO」。拡大するアジアのアートマーケットを背景に、世界中でここでしか出会えない作家たちの作品を購入できるアートフェア「T3 PHOTO ASIA」。両事業を横断しながら、次世代の作家、キュレーター、批評家を発掘・育成し、国際的な活躍への道筋を開く「T3 NEW TALENT」。これら3つの事業の連携によって、東京をパリやニューヨークと並ぶ、アジアを代表する文化のハブへと育てていきます 。
T3 is a Tokyo-based international hub for Asian photography culture, built on three pillars: a festival, a fair, and a talent development program. "T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO" is a photography festival that brings international artists to Tokyo, providing a platform for the presentation and creation of their work. "T3 PHOTO ASIA" is an art fair launched against the backdrop of Asia's expanding art market, where collectors can acquire works by artists found nowhere else in the world. "T3 NEW TALENT" spans both initiatives to discover and nurture the next generation of photographers, curators, and critics, opening pathways to international careers. Through the collaboration of these three pillars, T3 is committed to establishing Tokyo as a cultural hub for photography — a city that stands alongside Paris and New York as Asia's defining voice in the art form.

速水惟広｜HAYAMI Ihiro
T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO（東京国際写真祭）ファウンダー。写真雑誌編集長やギャラリーディレクターを経て、2017年に上野公園にて東京で初となる屋外型国際写真祭「T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO」を開催。その後、2020年より東京駅東側エリアに舞台を移す。これまでに手掛けた主な企画展に「態度が＜写真＞になるならば」（共同キュレーター マーク・フューステル 2023）、「The Everyday -魚が水について学ぶ方法-」（共同キュレーター きりとりめでる、2022）ほか。海外の国際写真祭やアワードにおける審査員など多数。日本大学芸術学部写真学科非常勤講師。
Ihiro Hayami (b. 1982, Osaka Japan) is the founder / director of T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO. He’s the former chief editor of Japanese Photography Magazine, “PHaT PHOTO”(2012-2014), and was the gallery director of RINGCUBE (Ginza). His selected curatorial exhibitions include, “Parlez-vous photographie” co-curated with Marc Feustel(2023), and “The Everyday” co-curated with Kiritorimederu (2022). Over the past few years, he has served as juror, lecturer, and reviewer at various international photo festivals and photography universities.
