マーク・フューステル｜Marc Feustel

パリを拠点に活動するライター、エディター、キュレーター。日本写真のスペシャリストであり、「Tokyo Stories」（Kulturhuset、ストックホルム）、「細江英公：記憶の劇場」（Art Gallery of New South Wales、シドニー）、「Okinawa: une exception japonaise」（Le Plac'Art Photo、パリ）など、この分野の展覧会をキュレーションしている。また、鷹野隆大著『ca.ra.ma.ru』（Libraryman、2022年）、柴田敏雄著『Boundary Hunt』（Poursuite、2021年）、普後均著『BLACKOUT』（L'Artiere、2018年）など、現代アートや写真の出版物のライターや編集者としても活躍している。フォトフェスティバルやイベント等での講演も多く、2019年からはパリ・フォトにおけるアーティスト・トークのホストの一人。2009年から2013年まで写真ブログeyecurious.comを執筆し成功を収め、現在は世界中の出版物に写真や写真集について定期的に執筆している。

Marc Feustel is an independent writer, editor and curator based in Paris. A specialist in Japanese photography, he has curated several exhibitions in the field, including “Tokyo Stories” (Kulturhuset, Stockholm), “Eikoh Hosoe: Theatre of Memory” (Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney), and “Okinawa: une exception japonaise” (Le Plac’Art Photo, Paris). He is also active as a writer and editor for contemporary art and photography publications including Flashpoint! (10x10 Photobooks, forthcoming), I’m So Happy You Are Here: Japanese Women Photographers from the 1950s to Now (Aperture/Textuel, 2024), Hong Kong Whispers (Hannibal Books, 2024), and ca.ra.ma.ru by Takano Ryūdai (Libraryman, 2022). A regular speaker and jury member at photography festival and events, since 2019 he has been one of the hosts of the Artist Talks at the Paris Photo art fair. He now writes regularly about photography and photobooks for publications around the world.

サンドラ・フィリップス｜Sandra Phillips

サンフランシスコ近代美術館写真部門名誉キュレーター。1987年よりサンフランシスコ近代美術館に勤務。 1999年にシニアキュレーター、2017年に名誉キュレーターに就任。これまでに数多くの近現代の写真展を手掛け高い評価を受ける。主な写真展に「ダイアン・アーバス－リベレーションズ」、「ヘレン・レヴィット」、「ドロシア・ラング－アメリカン・フォトグラフス」、「森山大道－ストレイ・ドッグ」、「警察写真－証拠としての写真」、「セバスチャン・サルガド－不確かな恩寵」など。ニューヨーク市立大学で博士号、ブリンマー大学で文学修士号、バード大学で文学士号を取得。また、講師としてニューヨーク州立大学ニューパルツ校、パーソンズ・スクール・オブ・デザイン、サンフランシスコ州立大学、サンフランシスコ・アート・インスティチュートなどの教育機関で教鞭を執ってきた。アメリカン・アカデミー・イン・ローマのレジデントを務めた経験があり、2000年に国際交流基金の助成金を獲得している。

Sandra S. Phillips is Curator Emerita of Photography at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. She has been with the museum since 1987 and assumed the position of Senior Curator in 1999. In 2017 she assumed the position of Curator Emerita. Phillips has organized numerous critically acclaimed exhibitions of modern and contemporary photography including Exposed: Voyeurism, Surveillance and the Camera Since 1870, Diane Arbus Revelations, Helen Levitt, Dorothea Lange: American Photographs, Daido Moriyama: Stray Dog, Crossing the Frontier: Photographs of the Developing West, Police Pictures: The Photograph as Evidence and An Uncertain Grace: Sebastião Salgado. She holds degrees from the City University of New York (Ph.D.), Bryn Mawr College (M.A.), and Bard College (B.A.). Phillips was previously curator at the Vassar College Art Museum, and has taught at various institutions including the State University of New York, New Paltz; Parsons School of Design; San Francisco State University; and the San Francisco Art Institute. She was a Resident at the American Academy in Rome and received a grant from The Japan Foundation in 2000.

アン・ハヴィンガ｜Anne Havinga

ボストン美術館エストレリータ＆ユースフ・カルシュ写真講座主任。1989年からボストン美術館職員として勤務し、2001年からは同美術館の写真コレクションとプログラムを率いる。ボストン美術館へのアメリカンモダニズム写真レーンコレクション寄贈、およびハワード・グリーンバーグ写真集の購入に至るプロジェクトを監督した。さらに、同美術館日本美術シニア・キュレーターのアン・西村・モースと共に、日本の写真を収集する戦略的計画を策定した。ボストン美術館において初期～現代の写真をテーマに幅広い展覧会の企画に取り組み、アン・西村・モースと協力して「In the Wake：3.11と日本の写真家」作品展（2015年）を企画した。特に関心を寄せるのは19世紀の写真、ピクトリアリズム、日本の写真、ファッション写真、コンポラ写真である。版画や描画のキュレーターとしても活躍し、2016年から2020年までボストン美術館の版画・描画部門の臨時委員長を務めた。

Anne Havinga is the Estrellita and Yousuf Karsh Chair of Photography at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She has been a staff member at the MFA since 1989 and has led the Museum’s Photography collection and program since 2001. Under Anne’s supervision, the Museum received the gift of the Lane Collection of American modernist photography and purchased the Howard Greenberg Collection of photographs. Together with the MFA’s Senior Curator of Japanese Art Anne Nishimura Morse, Anne developed a strategic plan to collect Japanese photography. Anne has organized a wide range of exhibitions at the MFA, ranging from early photography to contemporary. She was co-organizer, with Anne Nishimura Morse, of In the Wake: Japanese Photographers Respond to 3-11 (2015). Anne’s areas of significant interest include nineteenth century photography, Pictorialism, Japanese photography, fashion photography, and contemporary photography. She has also worked as aa curator of prints and drawings, and from 2016-20 served as temporary chair of the Museum of Fine Arts’ Prints & Drawings department.

エリン・オトゥール｜Erin O'Toole

Erin O'Toole is curator and head of photography at SFMOMA, where she began her museum career in 2007. Her specialty is Postwar American photography with an emphasis on work made in California. She is also deeply interested in Japanese photography and is currently organizing a retrospective of the work of Kunié Sugiura, which will open at SFMOMA in April of 2025. O'Toole has organized numerous exhibitions, including Zanele Muholi: Eye/Me (with co-curator Shana Lopes) (2024); Kinship: Photography and Connection (2023); Diana Markosian: Santa Barbara (2021); Off the Wall: Liz Deschenes, Oliver Chanarin, Sarah Sze, Dayanita Singh and Lieko Shiga (2021); Thought Pieces: 1970s Photographs by Lew Thomas, Donna-Lee Phillips and Hal Fischer (2020); April Dawn Alison (2019); New Work: Erin Shirreff (2019); (2017); and Anthony Hernandez (2016), among others.

ディアンヌ・デュフール

パリで開催される写真の祭典「LE BAL」の創立者、共同ディレクター。もともとダンスホールだった空間が、2008年に写真、映像、映画やそのほか新しいメディアを含む現代ビジュアル言語に焦点を当てる展示、出版、創造と教育のためのインディペンデントプラットフォームとして生まれ変わった。ビジュアルプロジェクトのための最も革新的なスペースとして、多種多様な思索的かつクリエイティブな試みを日々迎えている。国際的にも好評なことで知られる「LE BAL」の展示プログラムの中には、「Provoke」（2016）「Reversing the Eye - Arte Povera and Beyond」（2022）などがある。

Diane Diane Dufour is the founder and co-director of LE BAL in Paris, a former dance room turned in 2008 into an independent platform for exhibitions, publications, ideas and education, centered on contemporary visual langages in photography, video, film and new media. One of the most innovative spaces for visual projects (photography, video, cinema…) a welcoming, prolific and visionary harbour for all kinds of theoretical and creative visual projects. Internationally recognized for the quality of its exhibition programme, landmark shows at LE BAL include: Topography of War (2011), Watabe - A Criminal investigation (2011), Provoke (2016), Reversing the Eye - Arte Povera and Beyond (2022). Many emerging artists or celebrated talents have exhibited at LE BAL including Antoine d’Agata, Joanna Piotrowska, Paul Graham, Dirk Braeckman, Mark Lewis, Chris Killip, Mark Cohen, Wang Bing or Lewis Baltz. Ten years ago, she initiated the Curators'Day, an annual projects exchange platform for 30 European photography and art museums.
